Kat is an experienced secondary Geography teacher with a Master's in Physical Geography and is Carbon Literate certified. After five years as an Economic Development and Regeneration Officer in local government, she now manages the production of the Eco Adventurers sustainability scheme for primary, sustainability CPD resource collection, and the integration of sustainability in subject schemes.
Kat is passionate about collaborating with organisations and charities to advocate for sustainability and climate change education in the National Curriculum. She is a member of the National Climate Education Action Plan group and endorsed their whitepaper to government, on behalf of Twinkl, calling for better integration of sustainability in the curriculum.
