About me
Alistair Hamill is a Head of Geography and SLT(Teaching and Learning) in Northern Ireland. A recipient of the Geographical Association Excellence in Geography Leadership Award and the Royal Geographical Society's Ordnance Survey Award, he is heavily involved in curriculum development. He is a member of the Expert Panel on Sustainability for the Northern Ireland curriculum board (CCEA) and also serves on the Department of Education Curriculum Taskforce, which is currently overseeing curriculum reform. He is also a published author, including of 'Teacher Hacks Geography'.
