About me
Teaching is my third career and the one that has given me the most fulfilment. Currently work as a school improvement leader in a secondary school in Colchester, Essex. Over 14 years experience of teaching Geography, 12 years experience as a Head of Year and 2 years working within SLT. Undertaken AQA exam marking and have a NPQL in Behaviour and Culture. Passionate about making a difference to children's lives, through Geography and personal development. Eager to make Geography engaging to all students, from all backgrounds, and educate pupils about stereotyping and colonial attitudes to the subject and the wider world.
